The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions on tillrollsthermal.co.uk . The placement of an order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. We will treat each order for goods as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to these terms and conditions. 

1/ Your Order

a) After completion of your order please check your receipt to ensure that all details are correct. If you need to make any changes please notify us via telephone or email immediately to avoid any delays on your order.

2/ Payment

a) We ask that all goods be paid for on completion of order and that all funds are cleared prior to delivery. We accept most major credit and debit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, Solo, Maestro and Switch. On the order you must provide us with your exact billing address and telephone number (the address and telephone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order.

b) Orders placed on tillrollsthermal.co.uk are all subject to VAT, if you are placing an order from a none VAT paying country (e.g. Ireland) this should be made via telephone on 0800 311 2637, tillrollsthermal.co.uk can not guarantee refunds of VAT payments made incorrectly.

c) Any refunds made by tillrollsthermal.co.uk can only be made to the card used in the original transaction.

3/ Risk

a) In the event of a pricing error on the website, tillrollsthermal.co.uk will not be bound to honour any orders made at that price.

b) We are entitled to make adjustments to the price to take into account any increase in our supplier's prices or the imposition of any taxes or duties.

c) tillrollsthermal.co.uk have made every effort that the accuracy of all the information contained on the website is correct, we do not accept responsibility for any loss or inconvenience sustained by you as a result of acting on the information provided.

d) If an item becomes out of stock after you have ordered it we will notify you immediately and offer you an alternative item or a refund in full.

4/ Incorrect Goods Ordered

a) If you have ordered goods incorrectly then you should contact the customer service team & on return of purchases in pristine condition and in original packaging we will send out the correct goods at a cost delivery charge to you.

b) You will be wholly responsible for the cost of return delivery and safe return of the goods.

c) Any immediate replacement required by you will need to be covered by a new order been placed and paid for in full by you.

d) Any refunds required can only be made by tillrollsthermal.co.uk once all goods have been returned.

e) Goods received back incomplete or in a damaged or used condition will be returned to the customer and no refund will be issued.

f) All returns must be agreed by tillrollsthermal.co.uk before goods are received or claims will be rejected.

5/ Cancellations/Returns

a) If you wish to cancel your order please contact our customer service team within 5 days of the order date. If your goods have already been shipped prior to cancellation been agreed then it is your responsibility to return them unopened to tillrollsthermal.co.uk within 5 working days of agreed cancelation date.

b) Cancelation of orders outside the 5 day period will result in charges of 15% of the original cost plus delivery charges that have been incurred by tillrollsthermal.co.uk.

c) If you are looking to return a product purchased please also contact our customer service team. All returns must be agreed by tillrollsthermal.co.uk before goods are received or claims will be rejected. Returns may be subject to charges of 15% of the original cost plus delivery charges that have been incurred by Tillrollsthermal.co.uk.

d) It is your responsibility to return purchases in pristine condition in its original box. You will be wholly responsible for the cost of return delivery and safe return of the goods.

e) Goods received back incomplete or in a damaged or used condition will be returned to you and you will not be refunded.

f) Any refunds required can only be made by tillrollsthermal.co.uk once all goods have been returned.

6/ Guarantee

a) All items sold on tillrollsthermal.co.uk are covered for manufacturing defaults on a 1 year guarantee from day of purchase.

b) This guarantee will be invalided if a fault occurs with a product through repair via a source not connected with tillrollsthermal.co.uk or if damage is 'accidently' caused.

c) Any goods wanting repair under guarantee will be required to be sent to tillrollsthermal.co.uk at your own risk and cost.

d) All repairs under guarantee will be completed and returned to the customer by tillrollsthermal.co.uk within 5 working days from the date the goods are received back. If a repair will require a longer period you will be notified at the earliest opportunity.

e) All returns must be agreed by tillrollsthermal.co.uk before goods are received or claims will be rejected.
